- Patient C: $4,983.52 closed on July 21 upon final clearing of an insurer reimbursement check.
Charity Care Secured

- RAF Benchmark Progress (Practice X): Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) scores improved from 2.0 to 2.3, unlocking $80,000 in projected value through precise V28 documentation support.
- Advocacy Compliance Kit: Achieved 100% completion across all core compliance domains, including HIPAA, Power of Attorney (POA), Authorization for Release (AOR), and comprehensive Medical Records management.

Patient Advocacy Milestones
Beyond individual case outcomes, July included measurable operational and program milestones that support long-term patient advocacy capacity, workforce readiness, and community access.

- MRI LLC Day 60 Revenue: Reached $42,650, surpassing the $42,000 target.

- MCAP Vendor Partnership: Successfully signed MRI as lead vocational vendor, achieving a 94.83% student mastery rate.
- Grant Execution: Officially submitted the HRSA-26-105 Grant ahead of the July 27 deadline.
- LOI Blitz: Engaged 18 national partners in the Letter of Intent blitz, securing strategic alignment for the upcoming 2027 CMS Navigator bid.
